Buyers ask AI for an agent. The engines answer with names.
Not brokerages. People. We measure which agents eight AI engines recommend when buyers and sellers in your market ask real questions, show you the ranked list of every named agent, including the ones nobody is watching, and then build your name into the answers.
API responses approximate but do not exactly match consumer app answers; we report these numbers as trend and share of voice comparisons, never as absolute truth.

A real battle map. Confidential details blurred, the format is exactly what you get.
The person outranks the firm,
and AI already knows it
When a buyer asks an engine who should sell their home, the answer is a short list of people. In one coastal market we measured, the engines named individual agents far more often than they named brokerages, and the agents being named were not always the ones anyone was tracking.
The audit for an agent leads with one page: the ranked list of every named person AI recommends instead of you, how often, and on which questions. Most agents have never seen that list. None of them forget it.

The questions AI answers
about agents in your market
Example question shapes, not client panels. Your panel is built from the way buyers and sellers in your territory actually ask, and you see every question.
Measure. Diagnose. Fix. Prove.
Every month, on schedule.
Measure
Your market's buyer and seller questions go to all eight engines every month. We score who gets named: you, or the agents the engines prefer today, including the ones our person watch catches entering the answers.
Diagnose
Every lost question gets a root cause: which agent holds it, which sources the engine cited, and what those sources say that yours do not. Wrong claims about you get documented in the engine's own words.
Fix
We build you as the entity the engines can retrieve: claimed and consistent agent profiles on the sources the engines actually cite, Person and RealEstateAgent structured data, and territory pages grounded only in your verified facts, approved by you before anything ships.
Prove
The next measurement confirms where your name entered the answers and what the engines stopped getting wrong, with AI referred visits from your analytics next to the map.
The full mechanism, including the battle map, receipts, and methodology, lives on the AI Visibility Engine page. Do the fixing yourself from our briefs on the Measure or Defend plans, or have us write and ship it on Win; the audit is $295 one time, credited when you sign on. The same person first measurement runs for therapists, lawyers, doctors, and financial advisors: any field where buyers ask AI for a person, not a company.
Watch the loop run.
Measure, diagnose, fix, prove: the whole system, with the real product on screen.

Asked by agents like you
Do buyers really ask AI which agent to use?
Yes, and the engines answer with people. When we measured a coastal Southern California market, the engines named individual agents dozens of times each across one month of buyer questions: the most recommended agent was named in more answers than most brokerages. Buyers get two or three names and call one. If your name is not in the answer, that buyer never knew you existed.
I am with a well known brokerage. Does their brand cover me?
No. The engines recommend the brokerage brand and specific rival agents in the same breath, and the rival agents win the personal questions. Your brokerage ranking in AI answers is not the same as you being recommended. We measure you, the agent, as the entity: your name, your profiles, your reviews, your territory.
What if AI confuses me with another agent who has my name?
It happens, and it costs listings. In our first month measuring a boutique broker, one engine confidently described a different agent with the same name at a rival brokerage in a different part of the county. Every wrong claim like that gets documented with the engine's own words, a fix plan aimed at the sources the engine cites, and a next measurement that shows whether it stopped.
