Your next customer just asked ChatGPT who to hire. Did it say your name?
Probably not, and it might be saying something worse. We measure what eight AI engines tell real buyers about your business every month, fix what they get wrong, and show you the engines' own words behind every score.
API responses approximate but do not exactly match consumer app answers; we report these numbers as trend and share of voice comparisons, never as absolute truth.
Example questions and results, not client data. This is the exact format your real map takes.
The engines answer confidently.
Even when they are making it up.
We measured 18 businesses and found 27 wrong AI claims in the first month. Not typos. Whole identities. Three of them, anonymized:
Two of the businesses we measured scored zero percent AI visibility on every buyer question, while the engines proved they knew the businesses existed. Invisible, and misdescribed. That is the starting line.
Measure. Diagnose. Fix. Prove.
A closed loop, run every month.
Tracking tools sell you a dashboard and wish you luck. We are the agency that runs the whole loop, on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of every month, with your approval on everything that ships.
Measure
We ask all eight engines the 12 to 20 questions your real buyers ask, several times each, and score who gets named: you or your competitors. Share of voice, per question, per engine.
Diagnose
Every lost question traced to the sources the engines actually cited. Branded control questions audit what engines claim about you directly, and every wrong claim gets a root cause and a written fix plan.
Fix
We draft the corrections and the pages engineered for AI retrieval, from verified facts only. You approve everything in a private portal, then approved work publishes to WordPress for one more human review.
Prove
Next month leads with what the engines stopped getting wrong and where you became visible. Your GA4 numbers, AI referred sessions and conversions, sit right next to the map.
Nothing ships without a person. The system produces drafts. People approve them.

See how this works
for a business like yours
Patients, therapy clients, donors, registrants, and local buyers all ask AI different questions, and the engines fail them in different ways. Each industry page below shows the questions we track for organizations like yours, the wrong answers we have already caught in your vertical, and what the measurement looks like month to month. Pick yours.
Healthcare Practices
Patients ask ChatGPT and Perplexity before they ask their doctor. Wrong locations, invented practitioners, and confused specialties erode patient trust before the first call.
AI visibility for healthcare practices →Mental and Behavioral Health
Many patients search privately, asking AI instead of asking friends. If the engine recommends a competitor or describes your practice incorrectly, you never know the patient existed.
AI visibility for mental and behavioral health →Nonprofits and Foundations
Donors ask AI where to give and which organizations serve a region. If the engine confuses your mission with another organization, donation intent goes elsewhere.
AI visibility for nonprofits and foundations →Training Institutes
AI is now a course catalog. Professionals ask it for certifications and CE workshops, and the engine lists the programs it favors, accurately or not.
AI visibility for training institutes →Local and B2B Services
Buyers ask AI for recommendations in every category, from flat fee real estate to wineries. The businesses the engine names get the call. Everyone else never hears the phone ring.
AI visibility for local and b2b services →What the first measurement found
Baseline numbers, reported as measurements, not promises. The 860 sessions came with 3 tracked conversions in GA4. We never claim causation from one month of data, and we say so out loud.
“API responses approximate but do not exactly match consumer app answers; we report these numbers as trend and share of voice comparisons, never as absolute truth.”
Our promise, printed on every page and every report
- Single month moves are noise. Real trends take a quarter.
- Going from invisible to visible typically takes 60 to 90 days after indexing.
- Engines retrieve and cite sources. We publish pages built for retrieval, and the next measurement tells us whether it worked. Placement is never guaranteed, by us or anyone.
AI visibility, answered directly
What does ChatGPT say about my business?
Most businesses have never checked. The engines answer buyer questions confidently whether the business asked to be included or not, and some of what they say is outdated, fabricated, or points prospects at a competitor.
When we measured 18 businesses across four engines in our first month, we found 27 incorrect AI claims, including complete identity swaps. Two businesses scored zero percent AI visibility on every buyer question, on every engine, while branded checks proved the engines knew they existed. The audit answers this question with a measurement, not a guess.
How do you measure what AI says about a business?
We ask each engine the 12 to 20 questions your real buyers ask, several times each, every month, across eight engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Copilot, and Grok. We score who gets mentioned, who gets cited, and who gets recommended versus your named competitors. That gives share of voice per question per engine, displayed on a battle map you can read at a glance.
Branded control questions verify the instrument itself is healthy, and the question panel stays fixed month to month (changes are versioned, never silent) so the trend stays comparable.
Can you correct wrong AI answers about a company?
Yes, but not by asking the engines to change. There is no edit button and no support ticket. Engines retrieve and cite sources, so the fix targets the sources each engine actually cites: we correct structured data and business profiles and publish pages engineered for AI retrieval, with a direct answer, verifiable facts, and FAQ structured data.
The next measurement confirms whether the engines stopped making the claim. Placement is never guaranteed, and we do not claim a fix worked until the measurement shows it.
How long does it take to show up in AI answers?
Honest answer: it varies, and single month moves are noise. Flips from invisible to visible typically take 60 to 90 days after the corrected content is indexed. Some happen faster. Some take longer. The timing depends on factors outside anyone's control, including how often each engine refreshes its sources.
We do not promise a timeline. We promise a loop: measure, diagnose, fix, approve, publish, re-measure. Every month the data shows whether the trajectory is moving, and over a quarter the trend becomes real.
